2/10 With ball in hand, there are no teams in world rugby who can match the All Blacks. There were 20 defenders beaten, 10 clean breaks and a ridiculous 22 offloads. The backs were dangerous from everywhere.

It's a good sign ahead of the World Cup if he backs himself to boot points from tough spots if the All Blacks find themselves in a tight spot. His overall success rate - 6 from 9 - reflected the difficulty of many of his shots.

8/10 There were vulnerabilities at defensive lineouts. Both Pumas tries came from a drive from a close throw, an area where teams from the Northern hemisphere could punish them at the World Cup.

9/10 Will he ever actually stop? McCaw got through the full 80 minutes, and never once looked off the pace. A sterling effort from a remarkable rugby player.
