Paremata-Plimmerton claimed their maiden Swindale Shield club rugby title last weekend.
Their 43-31 win over Old Boys University saw the team finish with 12 wins from 13 games in the competition, finishing nine points clear at the top of the ladder.
Club centurion James Corcoran watched on from the sidelines as he battles an injury, and joined Newstalk ZB's Adam Cooper to reflect on the title and outline how the club has transitioned to become a championship team.
