Olympic swimmer Lewis Clareburt has spent the past three weeks living at altitude alongside several fellow swimmers.
For 21 days, they've stayed in specially-designed altitude apartments set at 3,000 metres above sea level at Upper Hutt's NZCIS facility.
Clareburt joined Adam Cooper to disucuss the time in the altitude rooms, and where his swimming is at following last year's Olympics.
