The conclusion of the domestic cricket season brought an end to the 10-year career of Wellington Firebirds paceman Iain McPeake.
Over his 10 seasons McPeake took more than 200 wickets for the Firebirds, the last of which came as the match-winning wicket in Wellington's season-ending Plunket Shield win over Canterbury at the Basin Reserve.
Speaking ahead of the Pearce Cup final —which McPeake is representing Hutt District in— he spoke to Adam Cooper about his time as a domestic cricketer.
