So where are we at then with Super Rugby?

With just two rounds to go there's many many questions left to ponder, so in no particular order.

Can the Crusaders be beat? Yes and No, but I'll explain that at the end.

Is everyone else effectively playing for second then? Yes.

We all know who's won but the silver medal is still well up for grabs with the Canes, Blues and (maybe) Highlanders all in the race.

Who needs tomorrow's match more, the Canes or Chiefs?

Gatland's mob. Without a doubt. No side wants to go down as the only NZ side never to win a game. This match will come down to desperation and if the Chiefs are hungry enough they might just might, at long last, be clanging them cowbells.

Is there a standout MVP of the comp? Yes indeed, more than one in fact.

I've got three - a Richie, an Aaron and a Patrick. I think you know who I mean.

And what about a "pat on the back" award? Absolutely. And the winner is... You! All of you in attendance I mean. The crowds have come back to rugby and how! Enthusiastic, appreciative and in ever-increasing numbers. Well done NZ.

Have the Blues had a successful season? Hmmmm. Define success then. Coming second would be an improvement but isn't real success actual winning?

Who has more chance of making the field in these last two rounds, Daniel Carter or Julian Savea? Carter, clearly. The most famous water boy in world rugby!

Is this the best rugby in the world? Of course. For most of the comp it's also been the only rugby being played. Let's not forget that, but all silliness aside it's been a magnificent comp and aren't we so lucky it's ours!

Finally, back to the beginning, can the Crusaders be beat? As I said, Yes & No.

Yes if you mean could they lose another game, but No when it comes to who'll win the comp. They're the Crusaders, that's what they do.
