The Israel Defence Force carried out multiple strikes on Iranian military targets this weekend, killing four soldiers. 

Israel's army has said the attacks are in retaliation to continuous attacks from Iran. 

U.S. President Joe Biden says he's hopeful this will mark the end of a months-long cycle of escalation, but many experts are concerned this will worsen the conflict.
