One woman made this dream a reality.
At 43, Jackie Norman decided to ditch her huge mortgage, sold her Whangamata home, and took to the road in a campervan with her fiancé.
That was two years ago and she has no plans to stop.
Jackie’s travels have taken her the length of the country and she has documented her nomadic life in a new book – My Van My Castle: Life on the Road in New Zealand.Â
