Former SAS soldier, Captain Louis Rudd made the history books in 2018, finishing a solo, unsupported crossing of Antarctica, the first Briton to ever do so.
The journey was 56 days, pulling a 130kg sled full of supplies, he travelled 1500 kilometres in temperatures of -30 degrees facing 80 kph gales – the most testing environment on earth.
Louis Rudd joined Franesca Rudkin to talk about his remarkable story, which he has shared in his new book called Endurance.
