After 30 years in the entertainment world, Kerry Fox has become one of New Zealand's best loved actresses.

Fresh out of drama school, she was launched into the spotlight and won international acclaim when she played writer Janet Frame in Jane Campions 1990 biopic, An Angle at My Table.

After her success in the New Zealand film, Fox relocated to Australia and then to London where she has lived for the past 25 years.

Her career has been a mix of film, television and theatre, with credits include Shallow Grave, Welcome to Sarajevo, her infamous role in Intimacy as well as The Dressmaker alongside Kate Winslet and more recently New Zealand film The Rehearsal, based on the novel by Eleanor Catton.

Her latest movie is Top End Wedding, an Australian romantic comedy based in the Northern Territory.

Fox joined Francesca Rudkin to discuss the new movie and to reflect on her career.
