- ​Limit snacks
- Slow down when eating meals
- Don't drink your calories - Limit alcohol & sugary drinks
- Drink enough water - Are you thirsty or hungry?
- Eat real whole food and avoid "Diet foods"
- Eat more greens - lunches and dinner 1/2 a plate of green vegetables.
- Cook at home more often and prepare your lunches
- Increase your physical activity
- Get enough sleep
- Eat from smaller plates​
