Auckland's latest community Covid cluster appears to have been brought under control.
The city is officially out of lockdown -- with the Auckland region now in Level Two and the rest of the country moving back to Level One.
No new community cases have been reported overnight -- meaning the city has gone six straight days without further cases.
Covid-19 Response Minister Chris Hipkins told Francesca Rudkin the situation is looking very positive.
"We've done some pretty extensive testing now. We've been working really hard just to track down those last few people who are people of interest as a result of our most recent community outbreak."
However, he avoided saying that it appear contained as he did not want to speak too soon.
"I've learned from experience never to say it's all over before it is actually all over but at this point it's looking pretty good."Â
Hipkins says more cases will continue to be reported in managed isolation -- with nine cases in MIQ yesterday alone.
