The Finance Minister has outlined a new set of expectations for the Reserve Bank - and she's determined to create more competition in New Zealand's banking sector.

Nicola Willis also agrees productive lending needs to be going to the productive sector, and she agrees with NZ First's concerns about 'woke banks' restricting lending to key industries.
