'They don't want a dialogue': ACT's David Seymour defends refusal to address hīkoi

It's a big day for ACT's David Seymour, as the hīkoi marching down the country to oppose the Treaty Principles Bill arrived in Wellington today.

Tens of thousands of people are protesting on Parliament grounds, with plenty spilling over into the side streets.

Seymour says the protesters aren't interested in having a proper dialogue - but he hopes they can make a submission on the bill.
