Black Ferns assistant coach Tony Christie is demanding a more consistent defensive display, despite conceding just the one try in their first test of the PAC-4 Championship. 

New Zealand hosts Canada in Christchurch on Sunday on the back of their 57-5 win over the United States in Hamilton. 

Christie —who looks after the defence portfolio— says they measure success in that area beyond the score-sheet.
