Hope from the All Blacks captain that rugby can find a foothold in the United States, ahead of his side's latest game in the Land of the Free tomorrow.

Scott Barrett made his test debut in Chicago eight years ago against Ireland and now finds himself as skipper.

Barrett says the sport has the potential to grow in the USA, which is set to host the 2031 Rugby World Cup.
