Excitement is brewing from former All Blacks captain Richie McCaw over the return of one of the country's top multisport events.
The eight-day Godzone trek is back after a two-year hiatus, revived under the Pure Adventure Charitable Trust, led by McCaw.
He admits there's a love-hate relationship with the event, having competed four times.
