The Wellington Phoenix women's side has secured the services of one of its breakout stars.
18-year-old Alyssa Whinham did so well in the team's inaugural season, she got herself nominated for Young Footballer of the year as a result.
She spoke to Jason Pine on Sportstalk about re-signing with the club for the next two seasons.
