Surfer Bethany Hamilton’s career as a pro-surfer is impressive in itself.
But it becomes considerably more impressive when you learn she’s managed a life-long career in the water, even after losing her arm in a shark attack, age 13.
She’s telling her story in the documentary Unstoppable, which was due to launch in New Zealand this week, after the World Surfing League’s Piha Pro.
Unfortunately both events have been cancelled for obvious reasons, but Bethany was already in the country, and has been speaking to Jack Tame.Â
