20 September 2020: With the close of Mental Health Awareness Week, Hamish Coleman-Ross and psychotherapist Kyle MacDonald, discuss how we can bring mental health awareness into our daily lives rather than for a week once a year. Hamish suggests "Mental Health Action Week”, a drive to learn and talk about what can we do to action the betterment of our own mental health as well as that of our friends, family and coworkers.
