The Government isn't slowing down on its wave of environmental policy reforms, despite warnings farmers are struggling to keep up.

A joint letter from Beef and Lamb New Zealand, Federated Farmers and the Deer Industry has been sent to James Shaw, Damien O'Connor and David Parker calling for Government to pause.
Beef and Lamb Chief Executive Sam McIvor told Mike Hosking he's surprised and disappointed that's not happening.
He says it's the farming community that's kept the country going through Covid and the polite thing to do would be to allow extra time to ensure the job's done properly.
Consultation closes July 21st.
