National's slamming draft changes to conservation policies.Â

National Party leader Judith Collins says it asks for a reform of the Department of Conservation, and that the Conservation Act be replaced with a system that better honours Te Tiriti o Waitangi and the Treaty .

Collins told Mike Hosking there's a lot to be concerned about.Â
"It is pretty clear that this is an attempt by the Government to put in place an entirely radical view of the Treaty of Waitangi, which they haven't discussed with New Zealanders."
