Warriors boss Jim Doyle is adamant his club should have the power to bar its own players from international football.

The club has further imposed sanction on the six players stood down from the NRL last week, in prohibiting them to be available for international duties this weekend.
Doyle said it's an important power clubs rightly have.
"What we said to the players with regard to the international football was that it was a reward, first and foremost for how you play on the field, but also how you conduct yourself off the field."
"Based on these instances, not of these players deserve that reward."
Doyle said he and coach Andrew McFadden felt the move needed to be made.
"That was a decision we took between Cappy and myself, it was a really important one for us as a club to just show that certain things were not acceptable."
Shaun Johnson is now the only Warriors player named in the Kiwis for Friday's test against the Kangaroos.
