Christopher Luxon says Ukraine cannot lose the war against Russia. Â
NATO leaders have called China a decisive enabler of Russia's war on Ukraine. Â
Luxon's chaired the Indo-Pacific Four meeting, NATO-aligned countries New Zealand, Australia, Japan and South Korea. Â
Luxon also called out China's role in supporting the rebuilding of Russia's industrial base. Â
He says they don't want to see any country supporting the Russia war machine and it's a conversation he raised with Chinese Premier Li when he was in New Zealand. Â
But China has pushed back against NATO's stance.Â
