He is one of New Zealand's most iconic actors, and now he is taking on one of Britain's best loved Prime Ministers.

Ian Mune will be playing Winston Churchill in The Audience, the play from The Crown Peter Morgan.

It imagines the weekly conversations that the Queen has with her Prime Ministers, dating from Churchill at the start through to David Cameron.

Mune joined Mike Hosking to discuss playing such an iconic character.
