Are tiny houses the answer to the supposed housing crisis?

That’s the question many in the building are asking as the unique houses become more and more popular.

Two years ago, Build Tiny showcased their first tiny home at the Auckland home show, the largest home event show in Australasia.

They have since got 21 homes on site around the country and are getting massive attention both locally and overseas.

Director of Build Tiny Gina Stevens joined Mike Hosking to explain why so many people are now building these houses.
