The All Blacks have their obligatory stop in the US before heading to Europe on their end of year tour.
The team takes to the field against the US Rugby Team on Sunday morning at FedEx Stadium in Washington, D.C.
Eagles coach Gary Gold told Mike Hosking rugby is starting to become a big deal in the US.
“Hopefully the All Blacks are very popular in the States, that’s a reason why a lot of them are following suit but, it’s a big deal, and looks like we’re going to get in excess of 50,000 people — that’s quite unheard of for one of our games.”
