The word adventure is synonymous with Bear Grylls.  

He became a household name back in 2006, When Man vs. Wild took the television world by storm.  

Since, he's hosted many more shows, including the ever-popular Running Wild.  

Before all of that he was a military man and an avid adventurer.  

Now he's telling the latest part of his story in Never Give Up - which is out now.
