National Party leader Simon Bridges joined Kerre McIvor for an hour of questions and talkback.
It was during the talkback that Bridges learned that Jami-Lee Ross and three others had plead not guilty to charges stemming from a Serious Fraud Office investigation in two $100,000 donations to the National Party.
Bridges says no National Party MP, board member or officeholder has done anything illegal.
"The true facts will emerge from that court case and I sit here and the National Party sits here having done nothing illegal."
Bridges also answered questions from callers about the Resource Management Act, small business, tax cuts and helping first home buyers.
