The Police National Retail Investigation Support Unit will come into force this month, tackling everything from ram raids to robberies to shoplifting. 

Young people are, in the main, responsible for the current spate of ramraids, and questions are being raised as to how you turn a young child's life around if they've had the worst possible start to life.
