Winston Peters and New Zealand First intend on getting rid of DEI – Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, regulation from the public service.

Peter’s party has introduced a member’s bill that will repeal mandated diversity policies and remove obligations for employers to promote diversity.

The move shadows that of US President Donald Trump, who is eliminating diversity initiatives in the states.
