It has been a rollercoaster couple of days on the news front – but this Friday, it’s time to relax.

And Kiwi comedy treasure Tom Sainsbury has the perfect antidote for a chaotic week.

Sainsbury is best known for racking up tens of thousands of social media views, with his excellent videos mimicking all sorts of Kiis, from Paula Bennett and Simon Bridges through to an array of stereotypical kiwi personalities.

Now, he's releasing a book about his favourite Kiwi character types called New Zealanders: The Field Guide.

He joined Heather du Plessis-Allan to talk about coming up with the book and his most popular characters.
