Concerns for Northland businesses. 

Because of low vaccination rates, the region will stay in "red" Covid settings until at least January 17.  

Northland Chamber of Commerce Chief Executive Steve Smith told Heather du Plessis-Allan he's worried it'll put off visitors. 

“We really want to see those Aucklanders and other New Zealanders that have been coming here for decades for their summer holidays to get in the car and get up here.”
