National MP Maggie Barry is squashing claims of filibustering over the End of Life Choice Bill.

Barry is leading a group of MPs opposing the Bill, with more than a hundred proposed amendments.

Act leader David Seymour says it is nonsense to claim it isn't filibustering.

He says Barry could have submitted amendments to the Bill during the Select Committee phase - but chose not to.
