Seven people, including an infant, were killed in a horrific crash when a van and a truck collided near Picton yesterday morning.

NZ Herald reporter Kurt Bayer has been at the crash scene.

He told Heather du Plessis-Allan Police made the decision to show them up close the damage to the van to show people the dangers of driving.
