A major compulsory recall of Takata airbags is finally underway in New Zealand, affecting tens of thousands of cars.
Millions of vehicles around the globe have these airbags installed and 22 people have been killed when they've gone off.
California man Alexandra Brangman lost his daughter to one of these airbags and he warned us on this programme more than a month ago that we need a mandatory recall in New Zealand.Â
