Auckland Council is looking at huge increases for Drury developers.

Under a proposal due to be discussed next week, development contribution frees could rise from $11,000 per residence to $84,000.

That would be the case if Auckland Council adds on the infrastructure projects it’s already committed to for the next 10 years and then also decides to include the $2.1 billion of investment it intends to make beyond 2031.
