Concerns for other rugby players that have suffered head knocks.  

Former All Black Carl Hayman has been diagnosed with early onset dementia - aged 41. 

He told The Bounce he's joining a lawsuit with 150 former professional players, claiming rugby's governing bodies didn't protect them against concussions.  

Irene Gottlieb is the wife of former All Black and dementia sufferer Geoff Old, and told Heather du Plessis-Allan it's a serious issue. 

She says there's no acknowledgement of duty of care here in New Zealand. 

“There’s still no support network to lean on.”
