All Blacks coach Ian Foster has laid down a challenge to his side, 47 hours from kickoff in the Bledisloe Cup rematch in Auckland.

The side have been prodded by media across the ditch this week that their aura has slipped after the drawn opener in the capital.

Foster says they're not so much worried about what's being said, but about meeting their own markers.

Coach Dave Rennie has made four changes to the Wallabies squad.

Hooker Brandon Paenga-Amosa and blindside flanker Ned Hanigan come into the starting side, while loose forward Liam Wright and Jordan Petaia are the new faces on the bench.

Hanigan will start at six, with Harry Wilson shifting to number eight and Pete Samu dropped.
