Mark Lundy's lawyer says his client's disappointed at a decision to uphold his convictions for the murders of his wife and daughter.
The Court of Appeal has released its decision today - almost a year since the case was heard.
Jonathan Eaton QC says Lundy has long argued that his case has become the testing grounds for novel science.
He says Lundy will inevitably ask the Supreme Court to review the Court of Appeal's decision.
