Otago University's Garry Nixon told Andrew Dickens rural rates are about eight per cent cities.

The Department of General Practice and Rural Health Associate Professor says that's a real worry.

“For a lot of people in rural areas who failed to get their first jab, Covid is gonna arrive in their communities before they're fully vaccinated.”
