A new report is exposing the huge gaps in our education system that have led to a literacy crisis among our kids. Â
Data from 2020 shows nearly one in five 15-year-olds don't meet the lowest benchmark for reading.Â
And a further 20 percent are only achieving at the most basic level. Â
