It's International Women's Day – and New Zealand's first pay gap registry has officially gone public. 

Pay equity campaign group Mind the Gap invited more than 160 of our largest employers to independently report on their gender and ethnicity pay gaps. 

So far, more than forty employers have published at least some pay gap data and the registry on the mind the gap website keeps track of who has... And who hasn't.
