A judge has blocked Donald Trump's order to stop birth right citizenship, calling it "blatantly unconstitutional."
The implementation of the policy has been halted for the next 14 days, in which time more briefings will be held.
Trump demanded agencies were to refuse the citizenship of children born in the US, granted neither parent is a US citizen or legal resident, immediately after his inauguration on Monday.
