The Women’s Cricket World Cup is now officially underway with the White Ferns kicking off the tournament against West Indies.
It’s the first of 31 matches that will be played between the eight participating teams.
The remaining six nations taking part are India, Australia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and defending champions England.
Cricket commentator Bryan Waddle joined Andrew Dickens.
