Mortgage advisers have recently been suggesting that it may be time to start splitting your home loan. 

Bruce Patten from Loan Markets has been saying that the forecast around interest rates is 'murky', and he's recommended that all his clients split their loans in order to spread their risks financially.

Bruce Patten explained what's going on with the current market and why buyers may need to be prepared when it comes to the Reserve Bank, as it's too unclear as to what will happen with the market come December.
