Pre-sale tickets for the Australian leg of the pop star's tour went on sale today.
At one point, nearly 800,000 people were queuing online for the three Sydney shows.
Kiwi fan Breanna Shaw survived the frenzy, and says she scored ticket and is over the moon.
Swift's Melbourne show presale tickets became available this afternoon.
General sales tickets can be bought from Friday.
"Out of all her tours, this is the one to see. And the fact that I got a ticket is just incredible."
