Arrowtown-based Sam Brough has just launched a new tourism venture called Kiwi Welcome.

It's an online membership programme that gives discounts to tourists, but the upshot is, all the profits go back into the local community and environment in Queenstown, Wanaka and Central Otago.

Brough joined Heather du Plessis-Allan on Bosses Rebuilding to discuss how it all works.
