European Correspondent Vincent McAviney told Andrew Dickens it appears Richard Grenell - a special US presidential envoy - held a meeting with the Romanian foreign minister at the Munich Security Conference to let them leave.
McAviney says once in the US, it's highly unlikely extradition for Romanian and UK charges would be possible.
