Putting 4G on the moon, is all about bringing space closer to Earth.
The Berlin-based PT-Scientists team missed out on a 20-million dollar Google competition to send a functional rover to our lunar body.
But they've forged ahead with their quest, getting partnership from Vodafone and Nokia.
They'll launch the rover, along with the gear for a 4G network, to the moon next year in a SpaceX rocket.
PT Scientists founder Robert Boehme told Kate Hawkesby it'll show people that there's plenty of opportunity to choose a career in space.
