LISTEN ABOVE: Rachel Smalley talks to Director of Healthcare for KPMG NZ, Richard Catto, about how we can better patient care.

Director of Healthcare for KPMG New Zealand Richard Catto told Rachel Smalley care is more successful when patients are directly involved.

"This is a way of patients adding their experience to their clinical notes and also seeing in the portal what progression is expected."
